Warm Up Sequences

Liz has a great sequence that will have your shoulders feeling awesome in no time. All you need is a strap. If you don't keep a yoga strap at home, don't worry, a belt or scarf will work just fine!
Liz is back with a warm up sequence to stretch those tight hips and hamstrings. This sequence can used as a practice all on its own, or you could use it to warm up before moving on to something else. We recommend following it with a few rounds of sun salutations, many of which you can find in the following section on this page.
This sequence focuses on core awareness and engagement. Don't worry, this isn't a "core blaster"! This is a slow, intentional practice meant to bring awareness to the abdominal area. Core engagement can help you maintain safe alignment in other areas of your practice.
In this video Liz warms up the wrists and shoulders as well as breaks down proper alignment that is foundational to many wrist- and shoulder-loaded poses. This sequence is absolutely perfect before any of our salutations videos or as a warm up before a full practice.

Salutations

The Classical Sun Salutes are a great series to start your day. You can do a few before moving on to a different flow in your practice, or just keep repeating them for as long as you like. Here Liz talks us through the series offering modifications for whatever level suits your practice today.
The Sun Salutes A are a great series for your home practice. This series is more aerobic than the Classical Sun Salutes, so use these when you really want to get moving! Here Liz talks us through the series offering modifications for whatever level suits your practice today.
Today we are going through the Sun Salutations B. This series is even more aerobic than the Sun Salutations A. Liz offers the series four times, the first three times with add breaths to really break down the series. The fourth repeat will be at the faster, more traditional speed. Please feel free to move at your own pace and do what works best for your practice.
Liz walks you through the moon salutes which are just a lovely addition to your home practice. This series is a personal favorite of ours. :)
The Water Salutes are a fun way to add variety to your home practice. Please be aware of any low back issues you may have and use the modification Liz offers in the first round of salutations. Core engagement is key in the tricky transition from cross-legged down dog to cross-legged up dog.
Need a core warm up to make sure you are properly engaging those abdominal muscles? This sequence should do the trick!

Full Classes

Our first full online class is an All Levels vinyasa flow with Liz! The only props you need are some blocks and a mat. If you don't have blocks at home, try using some thick books or a small chair.
Here Liz has an All-Levels Vinyasa class for you. The only prop you need is a strap and some space. If you do not have a yoga strap in your home, a belt or a scarf will work great!
Here Jennifer is teaching one of her awesome barre classes for us at home. Our barre classes fuse dance, yoga, and aerobics for a high-intensity workout that is a lot of fun! Most of us do not have a barre at home, but a chair, couch, or a countertop will work great for this at-home session.
In this video, Liz has a great All-Levels vinyasa class focused on hip opening.
Continuing with the theme of hip openers and moon salutes, Liz's full vinyasa flow here is just to end your week.
This class pulls together a lot of the same themes from our Water Salutes video, including crossed-leg folds and downward dogs. We hope you enjoy this fun practice!
